On top of that, your child might not even get to play as some of the team members get to “ride the bench.”
In our Boise Innovative Taekwondo Program for Families, everyone participates: children, parents, and even grandparents can attend classes and progress at their own pace.

Children practice with other children, and adults practice with other adults. Martial arts classes are one of the only family programs where children and their parents get the same kind of healthy exercise at the same time.

One of the best parts of our program is that every student is treated as an individual, and will progress at their ow rate.
Each student’s progress isn’t measured against other students, but rather against their own previous performance!
So even students that aren’t as physically fit as the star quaterback on the football team, can have a wonderful experience in our program, and become stronger, fitter and more flexible.
Really, the only way to know if our program is a good fit for you and/or your family is to try it for yourself!
We have some GREAT WEB SPECIALS, so you can try the program with no strings attached, and see with your own 2 eyes how the program will benefit you or your whole family.
The great thing about our program is, everyone is treated as an individual.
We have students as young as 3 or 4 and as old as 94.

We know how busy your life is, so our program is designed for the ‘busy’ person! Students can make exciting progress by attending classes an average of twice a week.
Some students will want to attend more classes, and that’s great, we have options for that!
We have a lot of different training options for families depending on your objectives.
Since every student is an individual, we teach to the individual’s level, experience, and abilities. You’ll want to discuss your objectives with the instructor when you take advantage of one of our WEB SPECIALS and come in for your first lesson!
Besides this, we also have separate classes for adult and the finest children’s classes in the area.
